Fire Damper Frame Production Line
KINGREAL ROLL FORMER can provide fire valve frame forming machine, which is a kind of equipment specially used for the automated production of fire valve frames. By integrating punching, rolling, bending and other processes, metal sheets can be efficiently processed into frame structures that meet the requirements of fire protection performance.
The fire valve shell forming machine adopts a servo motor-driven feeding mechanism, and is equipped with upper and lower rolling wheels to perform preliminary forming of the sheet. The error is controlled at ±0.5mm to ensure the flatness of the material. The hydraulic punching die made of Cr12 material and hardness HRC55-58 is used to achieve high-precision punching. The punching cylinder receives PLC instructions to complete automatic positioning and hole position deviation.
