Punch Machine-LGS MACHINE
All punching dies are made from Cr12Mov. Driven by hydraulic station. Holes parameter is able to set by computer, including Punching length and numbers.
Four leveling rollers are used to fasten the sheets. When punching system is on working, the steel sheets will be fixed tightly by leveling device to ensure the high precision.
Roll Forming Machine-LGS MACHINE
•12 groups of rollers. Roller Material is GCr15 mould steel being quenched treatment, with digital-controlled procession. This ensures rollers are all on good condition and long life.
•Shafts of rollers are tooled by grinding machine for two times to ensure the precision of final product. The frame is designed as strong as required to bear the whole rollers and shafts. This ensures machine is able to work in long life without repairing any shafts and frames. Diameter of main shaft: ø60mm Material of main shaft : 40Cr.
