After being vacuum quenched and heated to an HRC of 60–62, Cr12mov mold steel has its inner hole and end surface finely ground, and the roll surface is completed on a CNC lathe.

4. Die For Stamping

The die core is constructed of D2 or SKD11 high-quality steel, the die template materials are all made of S45C tool steel, and the mold is created using Japanese Misumi goods.
