By altering the sets of the shearing and punching molds, it is possible

to make products with varying open cell ceiling sizes and heights on the

same production line.

Different cell ceiling production lines are required to manufacture products

with varying widths of open cell ceilings, such as 10 or 15 mm.

● Cell size for open ceiling as required. Such as:

50*50mm, 75*75mm, 100*100mm, 120*120mm, 150*150mm, or other size.

Different cell size products can be produced on the same machine, the

distances are controlled

by the servo motor.

New Design For Open Cell Ceiling Machine

High Precision Straightener

The leveler is a precision leveler specially designed by KINGREAL for grating production.

The precision leveler has 15 rollers in total, eight rollers on the top and seven rollers on

the bottom.

All rollers are made of 40Cr and chrome-plated, durable and with long service life.

The panels are smooth after precision leveling, no indentation or damage to the panel surface.

Double Punch Station

KINGREAL's specially designed double punching station is used for the

uninterrupted and precise punching of grating panels according to the

customer's production requirements.

In addition to the punching station configuration, the customer can also

choose a punching machine for punching the panels, using a 16 tons + 4 tons

power press for punching and shearing. Punching speed is 100-150 times per minute (adjustable)
