Automatic Package Unit
The Stud and Track machine is equipped with an automatic palletizing device to automate the whole process of drywall profile from layer stacking to whole pallet removal through the linkage of the lifting trolley, the leveling cylinder and the out-feeding trolley. For example, the lifting chain with motor drive raises the number of stacked layers, the leveling mechanism transfers the keel horizontally, and the unloading trolley moves the finished products along the track, the whole process does not require human intervention.
The discharge trolley is equipped with vertical side columns and anti-tilting arms to ensure that each layer of keel is aligned with the stack; the top of the frame is equipped with a movement alarm device, which can avoid track drift or collision through sound and light prompts to ensure the stability of the stacking structure.
Inkjet device
The inkjet device integrates intelligent control system, which can automatically print specification, batch or enterprise logo on the keel surface and support customized character switching to meet diversified production needs. Adopting imported inkjet cartridge technology, the printing error is lower than 0.02mm, and the inkjet cartridge does not burn dry during standby, which reduces the maintenance frequency and prolongs the service life.
The automatic packing device realizes efficient stacking and safety control through structural innovation, while the inkjet device improves the quality of product marking with intelligence and high precision. Working together, the two can greatly improve the automation level and product management efficiency of the stud and track production line.
After the Stud and track machine is finished, KINGREAL ROLL FORMER will arrange the quality inspection process for the set-up and commissioning in the factory, and at the same time, invite the customers to visit the factory for on-site inspection.
In the factory, we will complete the no-load and load running test of the Stud and track machine to ensure that there is no abnormal noise, the movement is coordinated, and the maximum speed and precision requirements (such as the straightness and surface finish of the C-type keel machine) are met. On-site demonstration of the continuity of automated production of the STUD and TRACK machine, precision of punching/cutting molds, and measurement of whether the burrs exceed the standard for statistical purposes.
