2024, KINGREAL ROLL FORMER has completed the design, production, commissioning and shipment of a wide and narrow keel forming machine for a Mexican customer.

For the newly designed Stud And Track Machine, KINGREAL ROLL FORMER made a new breakthrough in the full automation of the production line by equipping the stud and track machine with a fully automatic packing device. The production process includes conveying, stacking, strapping and discharging.

The efficiency of the gypsum channel machine has been increased.

KINGREAL metal stud and track roll forming machine is our new developed technology with one machine to produce different sizes of drywall studs and tracks.

Width most advance servo feeder driving technology, this machine can be changed in 10 minutes or less to produce different width and flange heights products.

This machine is one of our most featuring products, and it is featured with high speed output (up to 120m/min), fully automatic running (auto stacking system for your choice), easy to operate, etc.

The basic structure of this machine is Double heads decoiler, continuously cold roll forming, hydraulic fly punch, hydraulic fly shearing output table and etc.

Machine Components

1) Dual-Heads Decoiler: one set

Un-powered, Manually control steel coil inner bore shrinkage and stop

Max Feeding width: 500mm,coil ID range 508mm±30mm Capacity: Max. 3 Ton

2) Feed Guide Device

A left and right guiding device at the main entrance of the machine.

During work,Raw materials on both sides of the plate the enter into the machine

by the left and right guiding device,make the raw materials and roll forming system

to maintain the correct position. The guiding position can be adjusted by the manual

screw mechanism,and the left and right can be adjusted independently.

3) Main Roll Forming Machine

Machine body frame: it adopts steel plate welding and CNC machining center

processing.

Rollers manufactured from Cr12MoV steel, vacuum quenching heat treatment

after grinding the inner hole and end face, CNC lathe finishing roller face.

Shafts manufactured from 40Cr Steel,quenching and tempering heat treatment,

hard chrome plating, and external grinding.Shafts Diameter=ф55mm,precision machined

Gear/Sprocket driving,about 14-step to form

Main Motor(Polaroid brand)=15KW , Frequency speed control

4) Punching &Post Hydraulic Not Stop Cutting Device

No-stopping punching and cutting
Hydraulic servo motor:3 KW ;Cutting pressure: 0-14Mpa
Cutting tool material: Cr12MoV,(= SKD11 with at least one million times of cutting life),

Heat treatment to HRC58-62 degree

The cutting power is provided by the main engine indepedent hydraulic station

5) PLC Control System

Input The Production Data(Production Batch,pcs,Length,etc.)

On The Touch Screen ,It Can Finish The Production Automatically.
