Working Process

Hydraulic Decoiler → High Precision Straightener→ Pre-punching (two sets of 15 tons and 25 tons) → Servo feeding → Shelf Post Roll forming Machine→ Hydraulic cutting → Unloading.

125Tons High Pressure Punching Press

The 125Ton High Pressure Punching Press is made of high strength materials that can withstand greater pressure and impact to ensure the stability and safety of the machine. Meanwhile, it is equipped with high-performance hydraulic system and advanced control technology, which can realize high-speed operation and fast punching action, greatly shortening the production cycle.

Meanwhile, it adopts precision transmission system and high-precision mold positioning device, which can ensure the stability of processing accuracy and product quality.

Main Roll Forming Machine:

The material of the 16 sets of rollers is Cr12MoV, which has undergone vacuum heat treatment, two tempered processes, and hardness HRC55-58. The rollers' reference diameter is 110 mm.

The 45# steel used for the main shaft, which is approximately 50 inches long, is quenched and tempered after rough machining, fine turning, and fine grinding. (Adjust the spindle's radial run-out to within 0.04MM)

Cutting System

The maximum stroke of the cylinder is 100mm, and the closed height of the template is 300mm. The mold base's bottom has two linear guide rails, two sliding blocks on each slide rail, and an air cylinder drives the mold base's return.

The bolt, which is driven by the cylinder, positions the set length. Utilize scrap to cut, Cr12MoV as the mold material, and heat-treat to HRC58-62
