Strong Roll Forming Machine Structure

KINGREAL ROLL FORMER build the stud and track machine frame panel with 30mm thickness steel. The panel will be fine milled to ensure its hardness.

On the other hand, the frame panel will help to remove vibration and improve production quality. With a thin panel, the whole production line will shake like a toy and do no benefits to production.

Auto Width Adjustable

KINGREAL ROLL FORMER developed our own auto width adjustable system for stud and track machine, it is drive by the high precision Yaskawa servo motor and through the precision screw rod. The system can change the width of rollers automatically or manually.

This width adjustable system is widely used on other roll forming machines.

With this system, one machine can produce different multi sizes products, and featured with flexible solution and economical investment.

High Precision Cr12MoV Forming Rollers

KINGREAL ROLL FORMER material for rollers is CR12MOV, which is better than usual CR12 rollers. They are more durable and precise in actual manufacturing of metal ceilings.

They will be heated up to HRC 58-60 degrees, then CNC machine to do fine process etc. After all the procedures, our rollers are ready to go under most circumstance and give good performance.

01.How to visit your factory?

There are 2 ways: either by plane or by train to Foshan/Guangzhou port. We will be picking you up in plane/train station, then we can go together.

02.What's your Warranty ?

12 months except human error, during which all parts damaged because of quality problem will be changed for free.
Parts that are out of warranty will be provided in factory price.

03.What's your delivery Time ?

Within 60-80 days after receiving prepayment. Some machines in stock, can be delivered at any time.

04.What's your payment terms ?

40% deposit is paid before production, the balance paid after inspection confirmation before shipment

05.What's your Install and Training ?

If buyers come to our factory to inspect, the training to install and operate is provided face to face.
If not, Manual book and video is provided to show how to install and operate.

06.What can you do if the machine breaks down?

We will include some spare parts with the machine itself, if emergency we will send required parts by air to ensure problem solved quickly.
