KINGREL ROLL FORMER Solar Mounting Bracket Production Line can produce solar photovoltaic support series products,

including 41×21, 41×41, 41×62, 41×82 and other specifications.

The entire solar mounting strut channel production line integrates production equipment with multiple technologies such as leveling, feeding/punching,

forming, and cutting. The whole production line is composed of unwinding system, punching system, forming system, cutting system,

electric control system and other parts.

By simply input the requested width on touch screen, the servo motors can drive the forming rollers to the position produce different widths of solar strut channel on the same machine.

Machine Features

- The solar strut channel equipment is controlled by PLC, and multiple safety protections are set up during normal production.

- The bed is welded steel plate. And it is tempered to eliminate internal stress and avoid deformation of the fuselage.

- The solar mounting strut channel forming frame is a cast iron structure and has been tempered. High strength and long service life.

- The material of the roller shaft is 40Cr, and the hardness is HB280 after quenching and tempering.

- The material of the forming mold is GCr15, quenched, and hardness: HRC56-62℃.

- The transmission structure is gear box transmission.

- Each forming frame has a gear box, which can ensure the equipment overtime, high intensity operation and long service life
