KINGREAL offer wide ranges of high-precision tube ceilings roll forming machines series.

Compared with traditional extrude aluminum tube ceilings, the roll formed products is

featured with light-weight, flexible length, acoustic solution and etc.

This type of roll forming machine can produce different kinds of tube ceilings including round tube ceiling,

square tube ceiling etc. The raw materials are usually steel or aluminum, and it can use the perforated materials

to produce the acoustic tube ceiling system.

To respond to changing demands, we have hydraulic decoiler and manual decoiler with integrated hydraulic core expansion system.

For more, there is optional trolley for full-automatic metal loading.

High Precision Cr12MoV forming rollers

Cr12mov mold steel, heat treatment hardness up to HRC 58⁰-60⁰. Which is processed by CNC machine after wire cut, 1^st lathe machine, then vacuum heat treatment.

After strictly following these processing procedures, the forming rollers would be endurable and ensure our machines long time running.

SIEMENS MOTOR

KINGREAL cold roll forming machines series use SIEMENS motors to ensure the stable running of the machine.

Beside the motors, all the electrical system we use high quality famous brands, Such as YASKAWA for the servo

feeder motors and Omron for the PLC, etc. This will ensure our machine running stable and long life time usage.
