Telescopic Drawer Slide Channel Machine Description

The Telescopic Drawer Slide Channel Automatic Production Line is available for

one-step completion of roll forming, punching and cutting, with high efficiency, high

accuracy, well stability and long service life.

It is advanced manufacturing technique by using CNC facility for roller' s precision

machining and image-mapping instrument testing to make sure roller and main

shaft's jumping tolerance within 0.03 mm. Take 45# three sections slide channel, this

machine is equipped with three roll forming machines and one automatic assembling machine.

01.What's your Warranty ?

12 months except human error, during which all parts damaged because of quality problem will be changed for free.
Parts that are out of warranty will be provided in factory price.

02.What's your delivery Time ?

Within 60-80 days after receiving prepayment. Some machines in stock, can be delivered at any time.

03.What's your payment terms ?

40% deposit is paid before production, the balance paid after inspection confirmation before shipment.

04.How does sprocket size affect torque?

The standard of sprockets can be determined according to different application requirements. The difference between metric sprockets and sprockets built to ANSI standards is that they use different units of measurement for chain specifications.

05.What's your Install and Training ?

If buyers come to our factory to inspect, the training to install and operate is provided face to face.
If not, Manual book and video is provided to show how to install and operate.

06.Do you provide after-sales service?

We provide 24-hour online service for our customers.

A. We will debug the machines freely in our factory make sure everything is OK before shipment.
When engineer go to your place to debug the machines, all according expense shall be paid by you.
