Decoiler with hydraulics
We offer a hydraulic decoiler and a manual decoiler with an integrated hydraulic core expansion system to adapt to changing demands.
Additionally, a trolley option is available for fully automatic metal loading.

High Precision Straightener
The device offers highly accurate straightening. We increased the number of accuracy rolls by two to verify that the materials are straight. The precision of the final items is thereby increased.
Leveling rollers are made of 40Cr round bars that have undergone thermal refinement, high frequency quenching, double electroplating, and precise grinding. They have four threaded rods for adjustment, are smooth and free of scratches, and are harder than HRC 62.

Auto Width Adjustable
The auto width adjusting mechanism that KINGREAL designed is driven by a high precision Yaskawa servo motor and through a precision screw rod. The device has the ability to manually or automatically adjust the roller width.
This width-adjustable mechanism is frequently used on machines that manufacture U-shaped baffle ceilings, shelves, wall studs, and tracks, among other things.
This system's versatile approach and low investment costs allow it to create a variety of items in a variety of sizes on a single machine.
