Recently, KINGREAL ROLL FORMER received a customer from Mexico to the factory for Stud And Track Roll Forming Machine trial and inspection. This inspection is the first time for the customer to visit the factory after signing the order, and the purpose is to have a comprehensive understanding and confirmation of the production process, quality standard and performance of the machine. During the inspection, the customer focused on checking the appearance, structural design and key performance of the machine. Our factory technical team demonstrated the operation process of Stud and Track Machine in detail, and the degree of automation, precision and productivity of the machine were highly evaluated by the customer. The customer also scrutinized the quality and assembly of each component and showed great concern for the stability and durability of the machine.
During the inspection process, the customer also conducted a machine performance test. We demonstrated the machine's operating results through actual production, including its production speed, product precision and consistency. This machine is one of KINGREAL most unique forming machines, which is used to produce different shapes of partition wall keel such as CU CW, and the production speed can reach 80M/min or even higher.
In response to the actual production needs of Mexican customers, KINGREAL has made new innovations and breakthroughs in the design of the machine, equipped with the production of automatic balers for customers to be used in the Stud And Track Machine production line, to realize the whole process of uncoiling the coil to the finished product palletizing and packing, which effectively improves the production efficiency, and seeks for a higher production efficiency for customers.
The Stud And Track Roll Forming Machine is also equipped with a punching and shearing system. The punching system and the shearing system usually work in conjunction with each other. The punching system punches the holes as designed before or after the material has been formed, while the shearing system precisely cuts the holes after they have been formed and punched. The close integration of the two ensures that the keel production process is both efficient and precise, allowing for continuous punching, molding and shearing to enhance the overall speed and quality of production.
