The spring tees are good partners when it comes to square metal ceiling tiles. This line is roll forming type with hydraulic follow shearing system. This production line can make carriers for clip-in ceiling tiles, sizes like 300x300mm, 450x450mm, 600x600mm etc.
With our metal ceiling tiles production line, these 2 lines can produce a whole false metal ceiling system. We also offer fully automatic suspended metal ceiling tile production line for these sizes products.

High Precision Cr12MoV forming rollers
Cr12mov mold steel, heat treatment hardness up to HRC 580-600. Which is processed by CNC machine after wire cut, 1st lathe machine, then vacuum heat treatment.
After strictly following these processing procedures, the forming rollers would be endurable and ensure our machines long time running. |

High Speed follow Shearing System
The high-speed follow shearing system is powered by servo motor from famous brand Yaskawa, high quality pipes from Australian brand. Production speed is around 20m/min and maximum speed at 30m/min. |

Molding For Ceiling Tiles
KINGREAL provides high-quality punching mold for 600x600 metal ceiling tiles perforation line. We use titanium pins to make sure that under long time production the pins are still OK for perforation. Also the perforation molds are slow wire cutting type, which can make it more stable and durable than normal drilling-technology type molds. In the long term, our usage of raw material and manufacturing technology can both ensure quality and save budget for clients.
There are multiple types of metal ceiling tiles, including Clip-in, Lay-in, and Tegular etc. KINGREAL provides high quality bending forming mold for above mentioned molds, they are combined by CR12MOV mold steel, were precisely processed by CNC machines and other precision treatments, all to maintain high standard and high quality of our machinery products.
