1. Prepare tools and materials: wrench, screwdriver, new mold, work gloves.
2. Turn off the molding machine: Make sure the molding machine is off, disconnect the power and wait for the machine to stop running completely.
3. Remove the old mold: Use the wrench and screwdriver to remove the screws and nuts on the old mold one by one, and then carefully remove the old mold from the molding machine.
4. Clean the molding machine: Remove any pieces of the old mold and debris that may be left on the molding machine and make sure the surface of the molding machine is clean.
5. Install the new mold: Carefully place the new mold onto the molding machine and secure the screws and nuts using a screwdriver and wrench.
6. Adjust the mold position: Make sure the new mold is correctly installed and adjusted to the proper position to ensure that the molding machine can operate properly.
7. Test run: Reconnect the power supply, start the molding machine, and conduct an idle test to ensure that the new mold can run normally and without any abnormality.
8. Adjust the mold parameters: Adjust the parameters of the molding machine, such as pressure, speed, etc., as needed, to adapt to the requirements of the new mold.
9. Complete the replacement: After confirming that the new mold is installed correctly and can work normally, turn off the molding machine, tidy up the workplace and complete the work of replacing the molds of the partition wall keel forming machine.
