High Precision roll forming machine
Use Cr12mov mold steel to achieve high precision and HRC 580–600 heat treatment hardness. which is first processed by a lathe machine, then a CNC machine, and finally a vacuum heat treatment.
Following these processing steps to the letter will make the forming rollers durable and guarantee the long-term operation of our machines.
Online Punch system
For online product punching, we utilize hydraulic punching machines, high-speed punching machines, etc. The product can go straight into the roll forming machine for cold bending once it has been punched.
