Ultraline T Grid Machine

Ultraline T Grid Making Machine are used as the main keel in the metal false ceiling suspending, 

and the frame used for the ceiling keel functions as a support and decorative 

panel. 

The T grid formed by our factory's ultraline T grid making machine has good 

overall plane effect, the lines are full automatic, simple and beautiful.

The T-shaped keel produced by this T-grid roll forming equipment is widely 

used in construction and decoration projects. It is composed of main T bars 

and Cross T bars.

In order to be able to produce black line type T keel, KINGREAL specially designed 

the ink suspension drip system to achieve automatic black line painting during the 

production process, and is a quick-drying type.

①Utilizing imported high-precision computer controllers, a huge touch panel,

and a combination of Chinese and English, the machinery is fully automatic

with computer control, processing, and production.

②Simple and convenient operation, can input multiple sets of different produ-ction

data at the same time, one piece of the roll mold is pre-compressed and formed.

③Concave and convex strengthening spots on the T-shaped keel profile table were

automatically pierced during shaping.

④After forming, the computer controls and automatically cuts off.

⑤The cut part is tidy and burr-free, which is useful for building and installing!
