This innovation enables the Iraqi customer to quickly change rollers during production, thereby improving production efficiency.
In addition, the KINGREAL Roll Former team stated that if the Iraqi customer requires a stronger finished product, KINGREAL Roll Former can design and produce reinforced ribs for this solar channel roll forming machine. This can be achieved by simply adding two sets of rollers to the roll forming machine, a feature that the Iraqi customer highly appreciates.

And Iraqi customers asked whether the serrations were produced directly by the solar channel making machine or required pre- or post-processing.
