How To Install The Acoustic Baffle Ceiling?
Baffle ceiling which is produced by U baffle ceiling making machine is one of the most popular ceiling materials in recent years. Acoustic baffle ceiling has the characteristics of open vision and ventilation.
Because of its simple installation and disassembly, U baffle ceiling has become the main product that has dominated the decoration market in recent years. However due to the big volume and expensive shipment cost, more and more factories choose to buy the acoustic baffle ceiling making machine to produce the metal baffles locally.

There are 6 steps to install the baffle ceiling:
1/Confirm Level Line
According to the floor elevation level, in accordance with the design elevation. Along the wall around the ceiling elevation level, and find the center point of the room.
And along the elevation level of the ceiling, draw the ceiling bar bin position line on the wall with the center of the room as the center.
2/Install the main ceiling bar
After playing the ceiling elevation level and the ceiling profiles position line,
determine the elevation of the lower end of the boom.
Install the pre-processed boom, which is fixed on the ceiling with a diameter of 8 expansion bolts. The boom is made of round steel with a diameter of 8 and the spacing of the suspension bars is controlled within the range of 1200 mm.
3/Install the main ceiling carrier
The main ceiling carrier generally selects C38 light steel ceiling channel, and the spacing is controlled within the range of 1200 mm. During installation, the hanger matched with the main channel is connected with the boom.
4/Install the Angle ceiling profiles
Use cement nails to fix 25×25㎜ paint ceiling angle profiles around the wall according to the ceiling height requirements, and the spacing of cement nails shall not exceed 300㎜.
5/Install the secondary ceiling profiles
According to the specifications and dimensions of the aluminum ceiling, install the secondary ceiling bar matching the board. The secondary ceiling bar is hung on the main ceiling bar by hanging pieces.
When the length of the secondary ceiling channel needs to be extended by multiple continuations, use the secondary ceiling channel connector. While hanging the secondary ceiling bar, connect the opposite ends, straighten them first, and then fix them.
6/Install the U baffle ceiling plate
When installing the aluminum baffle ceiling, pull a reference line perpendicular to the secondary ceiling bar in the middle of the assembly area, and align the reference line to install on both sides. When installing, handle with care and place. You must gently press the two sides of the square plate in the order of the flanging position, and then push it tightly after snapping into the ceiling carrier.
