Roll Forming Machine For U Baffle
Machine frame: the machine frame is welded by steel panel to one piece structure. Then one 30mm thickness panel will be put on the frame after fine processed by the planomiller.
This will ensure the accuracy basic size. Also, it will increase the machine strength to reduce the deformation influence.
Roller Materials
Cr15MoV mold steel, heat treatment hardness up to HRC 600-620. Which is processed by CNC machine then hard chrome plated.
Corvus Headquarters Complex
Shearing Method: Servo follow cut without stop the machine, the blade material is high standard mold steel with quenching treatment hardness up to HRC60℃.

40% deposit is paid before production, the balance paid after inspection confirmation before shipment.
2. What's your Install and Training ?
If buyers come to our factory to inspect, the training to install and operate is provided face to face.
If not, Manual book and video is provided to show how to install and operate.
3. Can you ensure the safety of the machine during transportation?
Yes we can, we use iron wire for fixing machines in container, also small wood pads to hold machines tight and don't move around during shipment.
How To Install The Machine?

1. An installation manual online
Photos and videos of the device will be given. An online discussion forum will be started. Regular video conferences will be arranged to maintain contact.
2. installation locally
