Hydraulic Decoiler With Trolley
The loading trolley in a metal uncoiler is an auxiliary device used to place steel coil material safely and consistently onto the uncoiler.
Optimizes the loading process and ensures the safety and efficiency of the operation. Especially when handling heavy steel coil material, these features are particularly important as they help to reduce the labor intensity of the staff and increase the level of automation in the production line.
Roll Forming Machine With Width adjustable
The key to realize adjustable width design of metal roll forming machine is the adjustability of its rollers and frame. This makes the metal roll forming machine highly flexible and adaptable in the production process, and can meet the changing production needs.
Machine frame: the machine frame is welded by steel panel to one-piece structure. Then one 30mm thickness panel will be put on the frame after fine processed by the planomiller. This will ensure the accuracy basic size. Also it will increase the machine strength to reduce the deformation influence.
Follow Shearing Cutting Station
The hydraulic parts use high efficiency environmental protection energy storage type hydraulic system. And it adopts Taiwan hydraulic components and equipped with air cooling system.
Shearing Method: Servo follow cut without stop the machine, the blade material is high standard mold steel with quenching treatment hardness up to HRC60℃. Taiwan TBI liner rail and ball screw-liner with lubrication device.
