KINGREAL 300MM U Baffle Ceiling Forming Machine is a machine specifically designed for the manufacture of U-shaped baffle ceilings. Capable of producing U-shaped baffles up to 300mm high and 1.5mm thick, the machine is typically used for high-end architectural finishes on projects for clients such as the Hunter Douglas Group.
Features of the machine include:
1. A unique hollow roller design that reduces indentation problems due to the weight of the rollers and is particularly suited to the production of U-shaped baffle in excess of 200mm in height.
2. High-speed following shear system to ensure the continuous working of the whole production line. Usually driven by a high-precision servo feeder, connected to a planetary gearbox, which drives the cutter via a timing belt.
3. the hydraulic part of the cutter is pressurized to ensure fast action and reset.
