KINGREAL Hook On Panel Ceiling Machine can produce aluminum made
hook-on panels fully automatically.
The roller stations are controlled by servo motors, which are easily to adjust
by inputting parameters into the computer system.
We use 30mm thickness of base panel for this production line, for the reason
that it can ensure the line to sustain damages during its entire life and perform well.
The basic procedure of this production line is raw material decoiler, precision
straightener, corner-cutting, main roll forming station (width auto adjustable),
shearing & bending, final products output.

| Multi rollers driving system For your choice
On the basis of different products, speed requirements and so on we have multiple methods of driving to choose: Driving by chains and gears, or driving through gears powered by main motors and planetary reducer. Our driving system can provide high-speed production and stable operation. |
Auto Width Adjustable The width adjusting system is controlled by servo motors from Yaskawa and main motor from Siemens. Only need to press button on the touch screen then all rollers will adjust automatically. |

KINGREAL machine frame is welded by steel panel to one-piece structure. Then one 30mm thickness panel will be put on the frame after fine processed by the Plano miller.
