Installers and equipment: 3-4 installers, crane or forklift with lifting height to meet the installation requirements. Length ≤ 300mm, thickness 2-5mm, width: 200mm Wooden board ④ Need about 200mm diameter, length 800mm or more of round steel, polishing sheet, repair agent.
Nylon sling or other soft rope must be used when loading, unloading and installing the impeller of centrifugal fan, and the use of steel wire rope or iron chain is prohibited.
Before installation, make sure that the impeller and centrifugal fan casing rotate in the same direction. If the direction of rotation does not match, the impeller cannot be used.
Before installation, use fine sandpaper to polish the surface of the impeller shaft hole and the impeller part of the drive shaft cleanly. Apply grease or other lubricant on the shaft hole and impeller of the drive shaft.
Lift the impeller so that the key-way in the shaft hole is opposite to the key-way in the impeller part of the drive shaft, handle the shaft hole with a wooden board, and tap the board with a round steel until it is inserted into the impeller.
