Placement : According to the floor elevation horizontal line, according to the design elevation, along the wall around the purpose of the ceiling elevation horizontal line, and find out the room center point, and along the elevation horizontal line of the ceiling, with the room center point as the center of the wall drawing good keel sub-file position line.
Installation of main keel boom: After playing the horizontal line of ceiling elevation and keel position line, determine the elevation of the lower end of the boom, install the pre-processed boom, and fix the boom on the ceiling with diameter 8 expansion bolts. The spreader bar is made of round steel of diameter 8, and the spacing of the spreader bar is controlled within 1200mm.
Installation of main keel: The main keel generally uses C38 light steel keel, and the spacing is controlled within 1200mm. When installing, use the hanging parts matched with the main keel to connect with the spreader bar.
Installation of side keel: Fix 25×25㎜ painted keel with cement nails around the wall according to the net height requirement of the ceiling, and the distance between cement nails is not more than 300㎜.
Install the cross keel. According to the specification size of aluminum ceiling, install the cross keel which is matched with the board, and the cross keel is hung on the main keel by hanging parts. When the length of cross keel needs more than one continuation, use cross keel connector to connect the relative ends while hanging cross keel, and fix it after straightening first.
