How To Install The Grille Ceiling?
1. Line
Copy the wall corner with the level meter to draw the level line, then measure the height from the level line to the ceiling, and draw the level line with the pink line, which is the lower skin line of the ceiling grille.
In addition, according to the ceiling plan, draw out the position of the main carrier on the top plate. The main keel is divided in the center to both sides with the maximum spacing of 1 meter, and the fixed position of the boom is marked out, and the fixed spacing is generally 0.9-1M.
2. Fix the hanging rod
Fix the hanging rod with expansion bolt on the marked position, one end of the hanging rod is welded using L30*30*3 angle code, pay attention to the diameter of the angle code hole to be determined according to the diameter of the hanging rod and bolt.
The other end can use finished wire rod welding, or can use tapping sleeve in addition to the 0.1m wire rod. After that, use impact drill to make holes, the hole diameter should be large than the bolt diameter, and then fix the boom on the floor plate with expansion bolts.
3. Light steel keel installation
Install the prepared 38 light steel frame on the boom, the spacing is generally 0.9-1m. Note that when installing the keel, it should be installed in parallel according to the length of the room and should be arched, and the height of the arch is generally between 1/200 and 1/300 of the room span. In addition, the length of the main keel is not enough in the docking, the interface of adjacent keel to stagger each other.
4. Spring installation
After the keel is installed, then the spring piece is stuck on the boom.
5. Grille main and sub bone assembly
Pre-assemble the grille main and sub-bones according to the design drawings.
