In the industry, the most frequently heard sentence is to learn to operate and use mechanical equipment correctly, and the most important thing is to take corresponding measures to maintain the facility after using the relevant equipment. If you fail to take proper methods to maintain and maintain the model after operating the completed machine, it will cause a lot of inconvenience to future use. What is the difference between routine maintenance and regular maintenance mentioned by the staff on weekdays? In fact, the details and content of the maintenance of these two time periods will be different. Next, take the molding machine as an example to take a look at the daily maintenance and regular maintenance of the molding machine.

In general, the daily maintenance of the molding machine mainly includes these aspects. 1. Each lubrication point in the equipment should be checked every day before taking over to see whether the lubricating oil (grease) is sufficient, and if necessary, add lubricating oil (grease). 2. Listen to the abnormal sound of the operating equipment. If the operating sound is abnormal, you should find the relevant personnel if necessary, and decide whether to shut down for maintenance and eliminate the fault according to the situation. 3. Check whether the temperature control of each process and the display of the instrument are normal. If abnormal phenomena occur, check whether the heating device and temperature control system are working normally, and if necessary, ask the relevant personnel to check and repair. 4. After taking over, first check whether the positions of the work switches and buttons are correct, whether the limit switches are loose, and whether the safety door works flexibly and accurately to ensure production safety. 5. Before starting the first train to add materials to the hopper, first check whether the hopper is clean and remove all debris in and on the hopper. 6. Pay attention that the screw idling time should not exceed 3min. Except for the trial operation before production, the screw idling is not allowed to run normally.

 In addition, regular maintenance of the molding machine is also a very important task. The meaning of regularity refers to choosing one day (the day when work and inspection are not mutually exclusive) for repair and maintenance within a certain period of time. The steps for regular maintenance of the molding machine are as follows: after the new equipment is commissioned (should be no less than 500h), all the lubricating oil in each transmission part should be cleaned (including the lubricating oil in the gear box), and the new lubricating oil (grease) should be replaced. Check the amount of oil in the hydraulic oil tank once a week, the oil level should be above the center line of the oil gauge, and add enough hydraulic oil if necessary. Check the quality of hydraulic oil once a month, and deal with it in time if there are too many impurities or moisture in the oil. Check the connecting screws and nuts of each part at least once a week to see if there is any looseness and tighten them in time. Check each electrical circuit for looseness at least once a month, and clean the ventilation and dust-proof net on the electric control box once. Clean the hydraulic oil filter once a month. During the annual holiday, the hydraulic oil should be replaced; the motors and the hydraulic oil control valves should be cleaned; the bearing parts should be disassembled and cleaned, the rolling bearings should be cleaned, and new grease should be added. The heavily worn rolling bearings should be replaced; the thermocouple contact points should be cleaned; Whether the circuit line is connected firmly, replace the aging line and calibrate the instrument.
