Every light steel structure residential project that JUCCI participated in or presided over the construction of has drawn strong reactions and attention from the industry and relevant government departments at all levels, and has been supported by relevant government departments at all levels in terms of policy and technology.
The structure form is influenced by the traditional European wood frame building, often made of thin-walled steel or small section steel combined into trusses to replace the wall bars, joists and rafters of wood frame building. The combination of the skeleton is generally related to the scale of construction, production methods, construction conditions and transportation capacity. The common ones are:
Unit component building system: The building is assembled into a light steel skeleton by unit components such as columns, wall bars, beams, joists, purlins, rafters and roof frames, and then roofing is added and wall panels, doors and windows are installed.
The nodes of the skeleton are mostly fixed with bolts and joint plates. In order to strengthen the stability of the assembled skeleton, support or adjustable cross ties are added to the necessary parts. The skeleton is assembled by the use of bolts and joints.
The building assembled by the unitary components is flexible in assembly and convenient in transportation, and can adapt to the needs of various different building space combinations. However, the on-site construction time is a little longer than several other installation methods.
Frame partition building system: The frame partition consisting of thin-walled steel keel is used as the load-bearing skeleton structure of walls, floors and roofs to assemble the whole building. The internal and external surfaces, internal insulation, doors and windows of this building can be installed at the factory during prefabrication, or at the construction site after the skeleton is assembled.
This building system, like panel assembly building, requires fewer specification types of partitions and easy node assembly. Since most of the work can be done in the factory, the quality is higher and the construction speed on site is faster.
