TDF Flange Roll Forming Machine is usually made of sturdy steel with stable structure and high strength to ensure the stability and durability of the machine.

It is manufactured according to the design requirements of TDF flanges. The forming mold usually consists of upper and lower parts, and the upper and lower molds are pressed together by a hydraulic system. During the forming process, the upper and lower molds bend the sheet metal into the shape of TDF flange by pressure.
