Light Frame Making Machine

This equipment is a special cold-formed equipment for producing T5 and T8 LED stent tubes. 

The entire production line is composed of a feeding rack, a balanced feeder, a cold-formed forming host, 

a PLC controller, a servo chase shearing and automatic punching integrated mechanism.

After all the interface feeding between each unit is completed, the whole line can be automatic. 

The feeding part of the production line and the forming host are driven by Japanese servo motors, 

and products of various specifications and output can be set at the same time according to customer needs.

When you need to produce products of different lengths, you only need to select directly on the computer

 touch screen without mechanical adjustment. Realize the humanized intelligent menu management function, 

which greatly improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost, waste rate and labor intensities.
