KINGREAL Metal Pallet Roll Forming Machineis a fully automatic line for recyclable

metal pallets production. The equipment is composed of two sets of equipment, column

making machine and pallet plate making machine, which produce two kinds of profiles,

column and plate respectively, then can be assembled into storage pallets.

The machine software is self-developed and the profiles can be produced according different length and orders.

The machine includes uncoilers, straighteners, main roll forming machines and output tables.Metal pallets are

currently used more frequently. The production of traditional wood pallets mainly relies on hand-made and then

fabricate. It need more production processes and strict requirements.

KINGREAL has developed an automatic metal pallet forming machine that is specialized in the production of pallet-type

equipment. The pallet production can be placed on the equipment. The machine is featured with fast production speed,

beautiful shape, and labor saving.
