-Decoiler for tube forming machine: Its function is to support and unwind the strip so that it can enter the equipment for coiling and forming. The strip unwinding method can be hydraulic or pneumatic, and the decoiler can rotate 180 degrees. The strip unwinding speed is adjustable, and the brake device uses pneumatic or hydraulic cylinders to press the brake rubber block.
-Main roll forming station for tube forming machine: The flattened strip enters the forming station, and after a series of forming rollers, it is gradually formed into the tube shape required by the customer, ready for welding.
- Roll forming cooling system for tube forming machine: The welded and shaped pipe is usually cooled with water to fix its shape and performance. The purpose is to solidify the pipe structure and prepare for subsequent processing.

1/How Does Tube Forming Machine Work?
The tube forming machine processes flat metal strip into a tube through the high-speed operation of a series of precision components such as decoilers, automatic cutting butt welding, horizontal loopers, forming and sizing units, hot grinding computer saws, output rollers, rollers, cutting systems, etc. First, a coil of metal (usually steel or aluminum) is fed into the machine.
