2. The four corners of the front and rear tile machine have the same height from the upper end of the large frame to the bottom shaft. Then find a line by line to straighten it, check whether it is in a straight line, and adjust the left and right sides of the lower shaft to level.
3. Find the center of the front row and the rear row of the roof tile forming machine, then firmly lock the mother wheels on both sides, and draw a straight line back and forth in the center of the middle wheel.
In addition, the following factors will also affect the normal use of the equipment:
1) The material and overall structure of the hydraulic system components: the selection of the hydraulic shaft will directly affect the operation of the entire machine and the mechanical properties of the roller after heat treatment. It is necessary to consider the forming process and heat treatment process of the tile press as an effective method to solve the problem of easy fracture of the hydraulic shaft during use.
After the heat treatment, the raw materials manufactured will increase, and the density and pressure resistance of the raw materials will be improved as a whole. It can be used for a long time without deformation or breakage.
2) Material block reading and hardness: The block size and hardness of the material are directly proportional to the requirements of the brick machine material, and suitable hydraulic rods are used for materials with different physical characteristics. This helps to extend its service life. Don’t panic when you encounter a problem, but make a calm judgment. In the early stages of manufacturing, it is necessary to work hard to reduce possible unfavorable factors to a lower level in order to bring good results in future use.
3) The gap size of the roller assembly of the roof tile forming machine: The gap between each group of rollers and the rollers should be stacked uniformly, and should bot be too close or too far. One pressure is high and the other pressure is low, leading to unbalanced product quality, which is something we need to pay attention to. 4) Operating power and mass production speed of the roof tile forming machine: In the adjustment of the operation and control parameters of the roof tile forming machine, the power and speed of the rotor are related to the impact hardening degree of the hydraulic rod.
