1. Setting up the wall
According to the wall position determined by the design, release the wall position line on the ground and lead the line to the ceiling and side wall.
2. Wall mat construction
Clean the contact parts of the wall mat with the building and the ground first. Coat with an interface treatment agent, and then pour the C20 concrete wall cushion. The upper surface of the wall cushion should be flat and the two sides should be vertical.
3. Install along the ground, along the top channel
After the channel along the ground and the top channel is in place, fix it with nails. The center distance of the nails is 900mm. The position of the nails should avoid the concealed pipes that have been laid.
4. Install the vertical frame
According to the determined vertical frame spacing. Draw lines along the ground and on the top frame in stages, and arrange the frame from the end of the wall according to the vertical channel of the drawn line.
When there are doors and windows on the partition wall, they should be arranged from the door and window to one side. When the size of the last frame from the side of the wall is greater than the specified keel spacing, an additional frame must be installed. The upper and lower ends of the frame should be fixed with rivets or self-tapping screws along the top and ground frame.
5. Fixed door and window frame
The door and window frames are in place according to the design position, and are connected with the vertical channel, along the ground, and along the top channel. Wooden door and window frames can be fixed with wood screws, and steel and aluminum alloy door and window frames can be fixed with self-tapping screws.
6. Install drywall
The gypsum board should be arranged vertically, and the gypsum board on both sides of the channel should be staggered.
The gypsum board and the channel can be fixed with self-tapping screws. 25mm long self-tapping screws for 12mm thick gypsum board; 35mm long self-tapping screws for two-layer 12mm thick gypsum board.
The distance between the self-tapping screws and the edge of the gypsum board should be at least 10mm within the edge of the board wrapped by the paper and at least 15mm within the edge of the cut board.
The screw cap should be buried in the floor, but the paper surface must not be damaged. The middle distance of self-tapping screws should be 250mm around the board and 300mm in the middle of the board.
7. Intake treatment
In addition to open seams, the horizontal and vertical joints of gypsum board partition walls (including the joints between gypsum boards and the joints between gypsum boards and the ceiling and side walls) must be caulked and bonded with joint tapes.
Blind seam processing program:
(1) Caulking joint putty: Sweep the seam away, and use a small knife to insert the putty into the seam and make it level with the board seam.
(2) Scrape the bottom putty: After the caulking putty is finally set, scrape a 1mm thick putty on the joint and paste the glass fiber tape, and then use a knife to scrape it from the top to the bottom, so that the excess putty is removed from the tape. Extrusion in the mesh.
(3) Scrape the middle layer putty: When the bottom putty is solidified and still wet, scrape the putty with a large knife, embed the glass fiber tape in the putty layer, and fill and level the wedge-shaped edges of the gypsum board.
8. Wall decoration
