Machine Description
The Metal Stud Machine of KINGREAL Machinery can produce a variety of steel stud framing of different shapes, and process materials of different materials, such as hot rolled, cold rolled, galvanized, galvanized, annealed galvanized, color coated steel, etc.

STRONG ROLL FORMING MACHINE STRUCTURE
KINGREAL machine frame is welded by steel panel to one-piece structure.
Then one 30mm thickness panel will be put on the frame after fine processed by the Plano miller.
This will ensure the accuracy basic size. Also, it will increase the machine strength to reduce the deformation
