The IBR Roof Sheet Making Machine consists of a series of rollers that gradually cold bend the metal coil to the desired profile. The process is continuous, allowing for high speed production of roofing sheets of various contours and lengths.

 

The operation of a IBR sheet making machine consists of several important steps. First, the metal coil is loaded onto the machine and then the front end is guided into the rollers. Hydraulic Decoiler

- Supporting the web and unwinding: The hydraulic unwinder adapts to the inner diameter of the web by hydraulically expanding and contracting it. This ensures a smooth conveyance of the web into the forming machine.

- Motorized: The motor drives the web and is capable of forward and reverse rotation, as well as unwinding with tension.

- Adaptability: The core of the hydraulic unwinder ensures an expansion range of φ508-610mm to adapt to different sizes of coils.

Main Roll Forming Machine

1. Machine frame: Made of integrally welded 400H steel. While ensuring the overall rigidity of the fuselage, it also provides a precision-guaranteed installation platform for the entire machine to ensure a high level of straightness when installing the rolling mold. This prevents side bending and distortion during the later molding process.

 

2. Archway panel: The thickness is 25mm and is made of high-quality steel. The roller slider slot and the bearing installation position are all precision processed to ensure the concentricity of the upper and lower rollers; ensure the vertical straightness when installing the rolling mold, and ensure the upper and lower rollers. The mold can maintain a good clearance fit to ensure stability every time the raw material tape is replaced.

This equipment represents a significant breakthrough in production speed. While most conventional metal roofing machine speeds on the market are 3-12 m/min, the KINGREAL Roll Former team increased the metal roofing machine's speed to 30-40 m/min to meet the client's high-efficiency production needs. Simultaneously, the forming section adopts an independent archway structure, driven by a gearbox, and the overall machine structure was reinforced with larger hydraulic cylinders.
