The head setting adjustment of molding machine maintenance techniques can be divided into seven steps. 1. Film pressing position and wheel diameter. Adjust the compression cylinder to the center position, enter the length of the film, the number of pages, and the diameter of the feeding wheel. 2. Adjust the paddle. Place the base body, jog the spindle back to zero, and insert the belt. Let the belt come out to the base body from below, loosen the two screws on the paddle, make the back of the belt stick to the paddle, and the fixed knife on the front, press the paddle to lock the screws. 3. Adjust the nose back and forth. Loosen the four screws that control the forward and backward movement, and adjust the head back and forth to keep the lower belt in the middle of the center of the tray axis and the front side. Tighten the screws. 4. Adjust the machine head left and right. Loosen the three screws that control the left and right movement of the machine head, so that the distance between the outermost edge of the belt and the edge of the base body is about 5 mm and tighten the screws. 5. Adjust the machine head up and down. Loosen the screws on the base of the head, set the film setting speed to 100, and set a single page. Turn the lower hand wheel to adjust the height so that the single-page sheet can stand just between the fixed knife and the base body, and tighten the screws. 6. Adjust the position of the pressing wheel. It is advisable that the cut piece should not touch the moving knife when it is turned to the moving knife position, and the cut should not be pressed too low. 7. Regarding the multi-turn angle of the substrate. The general value is set between 0-6 degrees, and can be set according to different film lengths, so that the paddles will not touch the front and rear blades after the film is finished. The larger the angle, the better.
