STRONG ROLL FORMING MACHINE STRUCTURE
The main panel of the line is constructed with good steel and has an exceptional 30mm thickness. Additionally, different servo motors were used to separate it. Please note that continued usage of the machine is guaranteed by this panel.
The machine frame is welded by steel panel to one-piece structure. Then one 30mm thickness panel will be put on the frame after fine processed by the planomiller. This will ensure the accuracy basic size. Also it will increase the machine strength to reduce the deformation influence.
