Roll Forming Machines series.

They are widely used for production of different kinds of acoustic linear strip ceilings,

acoustic U shape baffle ceilings and other acoustic suspended metal ceilings.

We offer flexible solution for the acoustic ceilings. For the U baffle ceilings, usually the

raw materials coils need first to be perforated and acoustic fleece laminated,

then the recoiled strip will be put on the baffle ceiling machine to do the roll forming.

For other products such as linear strip ceiling, the acoustic fleece can be laminated

after the products is formed.

Also, automatic edge bending is an option for the high-ends products clients.

core expansion system.

High Precision Straightener

The machine provides high-precision straightening. To ensure straightness of materials,

we doubled the amount of precision rolls.

As a result, finished products have higher precision. Levelling rollers, which are made of

40Cr round bars, were thermal refined, quenched at high frequency, electroplated twice

and accurately ground.

They are smooth, without scratches, their hardness is above HRC62, and regulated by

4 threaded rods.

With this system, one machine can produce different multi sizes products, and featured with

flexible solution and economical investment.

High Precision Cr12MoV forming rollers

Cr12mov mold steel, heat treatment hardness up to HRC 58⁰-60⁰. Which is processed by CNC

machine after wire cut, 1^st lathe machine, then vacuum heat treatment.

After strictly following these processing procedures, the forming rollers would be endurable

and ensure our machines long time running.
