The cold-formed shelf column profile is integrally formed with good straightness.

leveling, feeding, punching, forming, cutting, and discharging.

high degree of automation, convenient operation and high production efficiency.

Combine decoiler & Straightener The KINGREAL 2 in 1 decoiler & straightener apply to unwinding and straightening work of coil sheet metal. This combination contains decoiler and straightener. To respond to changing demands, we have hydraulic decoiler and manual decoiler, and optional trolley for full-automatic metal loading. The straightener provides high precision straightening. By doubling the amount of rollers we ensure straightness of materials and high-accuracy finished products. |

Auto Width Adjustable KINGREAL developed our own auto width adjustable system, it is drive by the high precision Yaskawa servo motor and through the precision screw rod. The system can change the width of rollers automatically or manually. This width adjustable system is widely used on U shape baffle ceiling roll forming machine, shelf panel making machine, Drywall stud and track making machine, etc. With this system, one machine can produce different multi sizes products, and featured with flexible solution and economical investment. |
