Recently, KINGREAL successfully packaged and shipped Open Cell Ceiling Roll Forming Machine to India. For KINGREAL ROLL FORMER, the shipment of the machine is not the end of the project but the beginning of another important phase.
After the Open Cell Ceiling Making Machine has been successfully shipped to the customer in India, KINGREAL will follow up the loading and unloading and installation of the machine at any time, providing online guidance for the installation and operation of the Open Cell Ceiling Machine. If the customer does not have professional personnel for installation, KINGREAL also needs to arrange engineers to assist the customer for installation and training.
Meanwhile, before the smooth delivery, KINGREAL conducted several trial tests on the Open Cell Ceiling Machine to control the precision of the machine and ensure the production of the machine and so on, and filmed the relevant video for the customer. Mechanical Component Failure
Conveyor belt does not work, material does not transfer properly, or cutting is not accurate.
Inspect and clean the conveyor belt. If the conveyor belt is slack or worn, it may need to be adjusted or replaced.
If cutting is not accurate, check for worn or loose knives or cutting devices and repair or replace.

Electronic system failure
The control panel does not work properly, the machine does not start or the control system malfunctions.
Check all cable connections to make sure they are secure and undamaged. Use a multimeter to test the circuitry to verify that there are no shorts or opens. Check that the sensors are working properly and clean or replace them if necessary.

Failure performance
Check whether the hydraulic oil level is sufficient, replenish or replace the hydraulic oil if necessary. Check whether there is leakage in the hydraulic pipeline, repair or replace the damaged pipes and fittings. Clean or replace the hydraulic filter element to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic system.

Regular Maintenance
Add lubricant to the moving parts of the machine regularly to minimize friction and wear. Clean dust and debris from the machine to avoid affecting its operation.
Inspection of critical parts: For example, check the wear and tear of conveyor belts, knives, guide rails, bearings and other parts regularly and replace them in advance.
