Strut channel roll forming machine structure:
There are two main types of support for diagonal bracing of strut channel roll forming machine, namely rigid support and flexible support. Since rigid supports need to resist both tension and pressure at the same time, materials such as galvanized steel pipes are generally used in the form of single-sided supports. Flexible support is different from rigidity. It can only resist tensile force, so steel cables are generally selected to exist in a symmetrical form on both sides.
The support form of strut channel roll forming machine can also be divided into lateral support and longitudinal support, which are divided according to their function. Lateral support is mainly used to resist the effect of lateral horizontal seismic force, and the longitudinal support is used to resist longitudinal force.
Installation of strut channel roll forming machine
1. The average horizontal installation distance of the pipe hanging bracket is 2000mm, and the corresponding fixed bracket should be set according to the design requirements.
2. The pipeline anti-seismic supports and hangers should not limit the displacement caused by the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline. For pipelines with large temperature difference and deformation, the product supplier should provide special sliding (rolling) supports and fixed supports.
Seismic supports should be set at both ends of each horizontal straight pipe section, and seismic supports should be set within 0.6m of the turning point of the horizontal pipeline; when the spacing of seismic supports is greater than the design spacing, seismic supports should be set in the middle. (The main pipe with a nominal diameter greater than or equal to 50mm for the gas fire extinguishing pipe has been deleted. At least one anti-sway support should be installed in the vertical and horizontal directions. When the horizontal pipeline changes direction, the anti-sway support should be installed.)
3. Don’t install seismic supports and hangers on non-structural subjects, such as lightweight walls, etc.
4. When the weight of the accessories in the pipeline is greater than 25kg, longitudinal and lateral seismic supports should be installed.
5. Horizontal pipelines shall be provided with lateral supports within 600mm from vertical pipelines. Seismic supports shall be provided for vertical pipelines greater than 0.15m from the ground.
Seismic supports and hangers shall be provided for horizontal pipelines at both ends of installation of flexible compensators or expansion joints.
