High Precision Punching Press Machine

For the hole punching, we employ a 25-ton high-speed press. Additionally, the machine has a single punch mold set. The press is the well-known Chinese brand YANGLI.

 

Roll Forming Main Machine

The roll forming main machine is for auto forming the perforated materials to the required shapes.

 

1)ROLL FORMING SPECIFICATION

a.Machine frame: the machine frame is welded by steel panel to one piece structure. Then one whole piece panel will be put on the frame after fine processed by the plano miller. This will ensure the accuracy basic size. Also, it will increase the machine strength to reduce the deformation influence.

 

b.Archway panel: Material：45# Precision wall panel archway structure and surface blackening process.

Driving System: Gear driving roller structure with liner drive from the main drive motor and reducer motor. The primary axle's diameter is 48 mm, its primary material is 40Cr, and it undergoes four processes of fine grinding following a heat treatment and quenching.

12 months except human error, during which all parts damaged because of quality problem will be changed for free.
Parts that are out of warranty will be provided in factory price.

4. What's your delivery Time ?
Within 60-80 days after receiving prepayment. Some machines in stock, can be delivered at any time.

5. How long do you need to install and commissioning the machine line?
