Machine Description

KINGREAL machinery offer full solution of high-quality Linear ceiling roll forming

machines series, and they are widely used for cold roll forming of different kinds

of strip ceiling products, such products including G shapes, F shapes, B shapes, S

shapes etc.

This type of product is different from the traditional ceiling, with selection of

high-quality aluminum, the precise forming process and rich color choice, the

open ceiling creates a beautiful and generous model and ever-changing colorful

space.

Seamless splicing: groove is formed between the plates, offsetting the possible hidden

defects of deformation and sagging, etc. on plate surface, so as to achieve more perfect

joints between the ceiling plates, no matter looking from far or close distance, the ceiling

shows an alternation of light and dark, highlight a strong sense of hierarchy and three-dimensional

sense of the space.

This line can produce different width of products on the same system. Only need simply

input the requested with on touch screen, then the servo motor will drive the rollers to

the requested position.

Also, automatic edge bending is an option for the high-ends products production.

precision Yaskawa servo motor and through the precision screw rod.

The system can change the width of rollers automatically or manually.

This width adjustable system is widely used on U shape baffle ceiling roll forming

machine, shelf panel making machine, Drywall stud and track making machine, etc.

With this system, one machine can produce different multi sizes products, and

featured with flexible solution and economical investment.

High quality Hydraulic System

This hydraulic system adopts famous brands components such as Australia pipes, Yaskawa servo motors,

air-cooling fan, but needs to do minor adjustment when need to produce different sizes of products.

KINGREAL is professional manufacturer and supplier of different kinds roll forming machines and metal sheet processing machines.

After the order and design confirm, we will start the fabrication and production of all parts.

- For the forming rollers, they will be forged, processed on CNC machine center, vacuum heat treated and then wire cut, fine grinding and etc.
