Channel Ladder Cable Tray Making Machine Description
The channel ladder cable tray making machine can produce ladder-side bridges with four specifications of 100, 150, 200, and 250.
The specifications of the ladder-side bridges produced can be adjusted freely by replacing the spacer sleeve of the roll.
This production line is a special equipment for the production of one-time forming the cable trays, with servo feeding and online
punching; the main machine is a combination and adjustable form, without changing the rolls, one set of rolls can complete the rolling
of any specifications of the bridge profiles.

Combine decoiler & Straightener
The KINGREAL 2 in 1 decoiler & straightener apply to unwinding and straightening work of coil sheet metal. This combination contains decoiler and straightener.
To respond to changing demands, we have hydraulic decoiler and manual decoiler, and optional trolley for full-automatic metal loading.
The straightener provides high precision straightening. By doubling the amount of rollers we ensure straightness of materials and high-accuracy finished products. |

Strong Roll Forming Machine Structure
