KINGREAL ROLL FORMER has rich experience and technical means in the development and  production of automatic Fire/ Damper Frame Production Lines  of the fire damper.  The line is controlled by the PLC computer system, including the material decoiler,  leveling and beading, punching, roll forming and auto bending forming.   The fastest linear speed is 13m/min, which is suitable for the production of various  valve fire damper frames. With the fire damper blade forming machine and the fire  damper multi-function riveting platform, a fully automatic workshop is formed,  which greatly reduces labor costs.

This fire damper frame equipment can produce two types of frame products, a new type of integrated  hand-folding frame, and a TDF corner code connection riveting frame, which can be  produced by high-efficiency application of new technology, and can also meet the production  of old technology.    To meet different production damands. The fire damper frame production line has unique structure and design  including PUNCHING, COLD ROLL FORMING, BENDING FORMING technologies.  Integrate these technologies, similar production line can be use to produce fire dampers, smoke  dampers, volume control dampers, fire hose cabinet and etc.       This fire damper frame equipment has a formula function: no waste is generated during the production process,  saving material costs; different valve body frame sizes can be input at one time, and different numbers  of frames can be continuously produced at one time with high production efficiency.  Functions include: roll material-leveling-shearing-punching and cutting corners-frame roll forming  (two kinds of frames can be formed)-cutting-(one-piece manual folding)-riveted frame bending

Strong Roll Forming Machine Structure

KINGREAL ROLL FORMER machine frame is welded by steel panel to one-piece structure. Then one 30mm thickness panel will be put on the frame after fine processed by the Plano miller.

 

This will ensure the accuracy basic size. Also, it will increase the machine strength to reduce the deformation and ensure the long-life time operation.
