KINGREAL ROLL FORMER Air Duct Flanges roll forming machine is a fully automatic line for AC duct flanges production.
TDC plug-in flange system is one of the two major systems for flange connection in the international general
pipeline manufacturing.
It has the characteristics of saving time and materials, high work efficiency, good sealing, sturdiness and durability, and strong connection.
It is especially suitable for air ducts with large cross-sectional area of ventilation ducts. According to its working performance, flange strength
and sealing grade, it can be divided into four models: T-20, T-30, T-40, and the corresponding connection angle codes are T-20DC, T-30DC and
T-40DC. KINGREAL TDC flange roll forming machine is including a feeding frame, a cold-rolled forming host and a cutting part.
The cutting part can be divided into grinding wheel cutting and non-stop cutting system. Non-stop cutting system can realize cut to length.
The cutting burr is small, and fully automated production can be realized. Its working speed is 6 m/min.

The machine software is self-developed and the profiles can be produced according different length
and orders. The machine includes uncoilers, straighteners, main roll forming machines and output tables.
TDF/TDC flangesforming is one of the main international flange forming processes for ventilation ducts.
The common plate flange (TDF/TDC) forming machine produced by the KINGREAL company method is
based on absorbing foreign advanced technology.

Saw Blade Cutting Device

ROLLER LUBRICATION SYSTEM
After being pumped into the pipes by pressure pump, emulsion is sprayed evenly on the forming rollers through the nozzle. Excess lubricant will be filtered and recycled through the sink on the side of the machine.
The roller lubrication system is suitable for reducing friction and heat problems during high-speed running of the profiles, and deformation problems caused by the heat of the roller mold. |

For different products we use different methods to cut them. Usual cutting methods includes hydraulic cutting, sawing and rotary cutting.
According to speed of the machine, methods can be divided into shutdown cutting, deceleration cutting, high-speed follow shearing, fly shearing, etc. The cutting speed of machine can reach 150m/min maximum depends on different shapes of products. |
