KINGREAL ROLL FORMER has rich experience and technical means in the development and  production of automatic Fire/ Damper Frame Production Lines  of the fire damper.  The line is controlled by the PLC computer system, including the material decoiler,  leveling and beading, punching, roll forming and auto bending forming.   The fastest linear speed is 13m/min, which is suitable for the production of various  valve fire damper frames. With the fire damper blade forming machine and the fire  damper multi-function riveting platform, a fully automatic workshop is formed,  which greatly reduces labor costs.

This fire damper frame equipment can produce two types of frame products, a new type of integrated  hand-folding frame, and a TDF corner code connection riveting frame, which can be  produced by high-efficiency application of new technology, and can also meet the production  of old technology.    To meet different production damands. Strong Roll Forming Machine Structure

KINGREAL ROLL FORMER machine frame is welded by steel panel to one-piece structure. Then one 30mm thickness panel will be put on the frame after fine processed by the Plano miller.
