Machine Description
KINGREAL square AC duct roll forming machine is widely used for cold bending forming of different sizes of square AC ducts and etc. Mainly used for processing TDF flange straight pipe and angle flange "C" bone flange, production capacity: 800-2500 square meters/day. Just input the size, the production line can automatically complete uncoiling, leveling, beading, punching, biting, TDF flange forming, corner flange "C" bone flange forming, bending and other operations.
The leveling roller is a Φ70 solid roller, made of 45# hardened and tempered steel, and is coated with hard chromium to ensure the service life and leveling effect and protect the surface of the metal plate. The grooved roller is a Φ100 solid roller, made of 45# hardened and tempered steel, and is coated with hard chromium to ensure the service life and the grooving effect and aesthetics.
Used in conjunction with a hydraulic shearing machine, the blade is made of 6CrWu2Si high-quality steel, ensuring a cutting accuracy of ±0.5mm without edges and burrs.
